Cookies Policy

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. We also treat similar local-storage entries and session identifiers as “cookies” for the purposes of this policy.

Eventzloop sets only the cookies it needs to operate. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking.

• Authentication session — a secure, HTTP-only session cookie issued by Supabase Auth so you stay signed in across page loads. Expires when you sign out or when your session expires.
• CSRF token — a short-lived cookie used to prevent cross-site request forgery on form submissions. Session only.
• Preference cookie — remembers your theme choice and a few small UI preferences (e.g., whether the sidebar is collapsed). Stored for up to 12 months.
• Vercel Web Analytics — aggregate, anonymous usage statistics. No personal identifiers are collected and no third-party advertising is built on top of this data.

• No advertising or retargeting cookies.
• No third-party social-network trackers (Facebook Pixel, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
• No cross-site profile-building services.
• No data brokers.

Modern browsers let you block or clear cookies for any site. If you block our authentication cookie, you will not be able to sign in to the dashboard. Blocking the preference cookie will mean some UI options reset on every load. Blocking analytics is fine and the product will work normally.

The Eventzloop mobile app does not use browser cookies. It does store an authentication token on the device using secure storage (Keychain on iOS, EncryptedSharedPreferences on Android) so you stay signed in. Signing out removes this token immediately.

We update this page when our cookie practices change and post the new “Last updated” date above. Material changes are also announced in-app.
