Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Eventzloop’s web dashboard and mobile apps. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. The service
Eventzloop is a software-as-a-service platform that helps event companies manage bookings, vendors, customers, and payments. We license the software to you on a subscription basis. We don’t organize events ourselves and aren’t party to any contract between you and your customers or vendors.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.
- You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account.
- If you sign up on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
- One person, one account. Vendors and team members join via invite/company codes.
3. Subscription, payment, refunds
Paid plans (Basic / Gold / Premium) are billed in INR via Razorpay. You can cancel anytime — your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and we don’t bill again.
We don’t offer refunds for partial months. If we make a material breaking change mid-term we’ll prorate a refund on request.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the apps.
- Use the service to send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited marketing.
- Upload illegal, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content.
- Attempt to access another tenant’s data or bypass row-level security.
- Resell, white-label, or sublicense the platform without a written agreement.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the bookings, customer records, photos, and other content you put into the platform. You grant us a license to host, store, and display that content as needed to run the service for you. You’re responsible for having the rights to upload it (for example, customer phone numbers must come from real consenting customers).
6. Service level
We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee a specific uptime percentage in this version of the terms. We perform regular backups of tenant data on Supabase.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, Eventzloop’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We’re not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages — including lost profits, lost business, or lost data beyond what our backups can restore.
8. Termination
You can terminate by deleting your account at any time. We can terminate for breach (per § 4), non-payment of subscription fees, or on 30 days’ notice if we discontinue the service. After termination, we keep your data for up to 6 months for backup and legal purposes, then purge it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change and we’ll notify you in-app for material changes. If you don’t agree to a change, your remedy is to stop using the service before it takes effect.
