Privacy Policy

Eventzloop is a multi-tenant event management SaaS operated by the Eventzloop team. We provide a web dashboard and mobile apps for event companies in India, their vendors, team members, and customers.

We collect only what we need to run the platform:

• Account data — name, email, phone number, and a password hash. Mobile app users provide a one-time invite or company code at signup.
• Booking data — events, customers, vendors, payments, schedule, venue, and inclusion lists added by your event company.
• Photos and files — uploaded as part of your bookings (event covers, vendor proof photos, profile logos, support screenshots).
• Location — captured only when a vendor or team member uploads a proof photo and only with explicit consent. Used to verify they were on-site.
• Device data — push notification tokens (FCM/APNs), device model, and app version, used to deliver booking notifications and crash reports.
• Usage data — anonymous page views and feature interactions via Vercel Web Analytics. No third-party tracking cookies, no advertising profiles.

• To provide the booking, vendor, customer, and payment workflows you signed up for.
• To send transactional emails (signup confirmation, password reset, booking updates).
• To send push notifications about bookings you’re a party to.
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.
• To improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns.

We do not sell your data, run third-party advertising, or share your contact list with anyone outside your event company’s tenant.

Every record is tagged to a company tenant. Subscribers, sub-admins, vendors, team members, and customers see only the data scoped to their company through Postgres row-level security. Eventzloop super-admins can access tenant data only to provide support, fix bugs, or comply with legal requests.

We use a small set of vetted infrastructure providers:

• Supabase — managed Postgres + auth + file storage.
• Vercel — web hosting and analytics.
• Firebase — push notifications (FCM) and chat.
• Razorpay — payment processing for subscription billing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

Each operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the data strictly required to run the relevant function (e.g. Razorpay sees payment metadata, never your booking notes).

We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 6 months after deactivation, after which it’s purged. You can request immediate deletion by emailing support@eventzloop.com. Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data may be retained indefinitely.

Under the DPDP Act 2023 (India) and equivalent laws elsewhere you can:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data via the Profile screen in-app.
• Withdraw consent for non-essential processing (e.g. analytics).
• Request deletion of your account and all associated personal data.
• Receive an export of your data in a machine-readable format.

Eventzloop is intended for users 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we’ll delete it.

We’ll update this page when our practices change and post the revised “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will also be announced in-app for 30 days before they take effect.
