Delete your Eventzloop account

In-app deletion (fastest)
The simplest way to delete your account is from inside the Eventzloop mobile app:
- Open the Eventzloop app and sign in.
- Tap your Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm by entering your email and tapping Delete permanently.
Your account is deactivated immediately and queued for permanent deletion within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion completes.

If you no longer have access to the app, email us from the address associated with your account:

Subject: Delete my account
Body: Include your registered email address + phone number so we can verify ownership before deleting.
We respond within 2 business days and complete deletion within 7 days of verification.
What gets deleted
On account deletion, the following personal data is removed permanently from our systems:
- Your name, email address, and phone number.
- Profile photos and uploaded files.
- Push notification tokens (FCM/APNs).
- Booking notes and chat messages you sent.
- Location data captured for proof photos.
- Authentication credentials (password hash).
What we may retain (and for how long)
A small set of records is retained for the periods listed below because Indian tax, accounting, and payments-regulator rules require it:
- Invoices and payment records: retained for 7 years (Income Tax Act + GST law).
- Razorpay transaction logs: retained according to Razorpay’s own retention policy (typically 7 years under RBI guidance).
- Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics: may be retained indefinitely but cannot be linked back to your account.
We do not retain anything else once your deletion request is processed.
Multi-tenant note (for Event Company accounts)
If you signed up as an Event Company running an event company, deleting your account also deletes the company tenant and all partner / team / customer records nested inside it. We will email you a 7-day warning before final deletion so you can export any data you need (bookings, customer list, invoices) via the dashboard’s Export action.
If you signed up as a partner, team, or customer — only your individual record is removed. The Event Company retains ownership of any bookings that referenced you.
