Vendor Policy
Last updated: May 21, 2026
This policy applies to vendors and partners (collectively “Vendors”) who join an event company on Eventzloop via an invite code or company code.
1. Your relationship with the event company
Eventzloop is the software platform; the event company you join is your business counterparty. All commercial terms — how much you are paid, what services you provide, and the schedule of payouts — are agreed directly between you and the event company. Eventzloop is not party to that agreement.
2. Account and identity
- One vendor profile per person or registered business.
- You must use real name, contact details, and a working phone number.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any actions taken under your account.
- You may join multiple event companies, but each company sees only the data scoped to its tenant.
3. Acceptable use
As a vendor on Eventzloop you agree to:
- Honour the bookings the event company assigns to you within the agreed timelines.
- Upload proof photos that are real, current, and from the actual booking location when requested.
- Not contact customers outside the platform to undercut the event company or solicit business directly.
- Not impersonate another person or business in chat, profile, or proof uploads.
- Not upload illegal, defamatory, or copyright-infringing material.
4. GPS-verified proof photos
When the event company requires a proof photo, the app captures your device location with your consent. The location is used only to confirm that you were at the booking venue at the recorded time. It is visible to the event company and the customer; it is not used for marketing or sold to anyone.
5. Pro Partner subscription (optional)
The free vendor tier always remains free for basic booking access. Vendors who opt into the “Pro Partner” subscription (billed monthly through Razorpay) get additional benefits such as priority listing in subscriber search, the ability to join multiple companies, and a basic analytics dashboard. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewal but does not refund the current month.
6. Payouts and disputes
Eventzloop does not collect or hold payments on your behalf. The event company pays you directly under the terms you have agreed with them. If a payment dispute arises:
- Raise it first with the event company through the in-app chat.
- If it cannot be resolved, you can email support@eventzloop.com — Eventzloop will mediate but cannot force payment from one party to another.
7. Reviews and ratings
Customers and event companies can rate your work. Reviews tied to a verified booking are public on your profile. Repeated verifiable complaints about no-show, poor quality, or misrepresentation can lead to suspension under §10.
8. Leaving an event company
You can leave an event company at any time from your profile. Bookings that have already been completed remain in the event company’s records. Bookings that are in progress are unassigned and the event company is notified so they can reassign.
9. Termination by Eventzloop
We can suspend or terminate a vendor account for:
- Breach of §3 (acceptable use).
- Verified pattern of no-shows or fraudulent proof photos.
- Soliciting customers off-platform to undercut the event company.
- Impersonation or identity fraud.
10. Data and privacy
Your personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy and Data Policy. You can request deletion via the Delete Account page.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change and material changes will be announced in-app for 30 days before they take effect.
