What we do

Eventzloop is a multi-tenant event management platform built for India’s event companies, their vendors, team members, and customers. We replace the spreadsheet, the WhatsApp group, and the paper register that most event businesses still run on, with one connected app where every booking, every payment, and every vendor handoff lives in one place.

Why we built it

Most software for event companies was built for the West and does not match how the Indian event industry actually works — family-run businesses, mixed cash-and-digital payments, vendors who work with several companies at once, customers who want a single tracking link they can forward to relatives. We started Eventzloop to fix that.

We have spent every product decision asking: does this make life easier for an event company owner running 30 events a month, or does it just look good in a demo?

What you can do on Eventzloop

  • Create, assign, and track bookings end to end.
  • Onboard vendors and team members via invite codes; assign them to bookings; capture GPS-verified proof photos.
  • Send customers a tracking link so they can see exactly where their event stands without calling.
  • Collect payments via Razorpay; record cash payments at the event.
  • See revenue, top vendors, and city trends in dashboards.
  • Run announcements, capture leads, manage subscriptions, and verify business documents.

How we work

We ship small, ship often, and listen to what every event company tells us after a few weeks of using the product. A real customer’s post-demo feedback shaped the May 17 release that introduced the verified-documents badge, the booking tracking ID, and the leads module — all things this site now does because someone running a real business asked for them.
